ABSTRACT

The article present results of development of device for distant ultrasonic influence on human skin while spraying medicinal solutions. Measurements of device parameters and investigation of its functional capabilities show feasibility of the device in clinical practice. Device application effectiveness was confirmed by clinical testing.

Valeriy Pedder , Academician RAMTS, Honored Inventor of Russia, Director of the Institute of Biomedical Technology and Instrument OmGTU, CEO of OOO “RPE “METROMED”. In 1982 he defended a thesis on ultrasonic welding of dissimilar tissues in Bauman MSTU. He is an author of 620 scientific publications, including 153 RF patents and A.S.SSSR. Research interest is development of scientific bases for the use of concentrated energy sources to create innovative bio-medical treatment technologies and equipment for their implementation in the different branches of medicine.

 
 

Khmelev Vladimir Nikolaevich was born in 1957, Professor, Deputy Director for Science BTI. Honored Inventor of the Russian Federation, Senior Member IEEE. Laureate of the Russian Federation Government and the Altai region in science and technology. In 1992 he defended his thesis on ultrasonic testing. In 2007 he has defended his doctoral dissertation in the field of "Information measuring and control systems" and "Processes and Apparatuses of Chemical Technology" Area of research interests is the application of ultrasonic vibrations to the intensification of technological processes.

Alexander Pedder , Director of Production of OOO “RPE “METROMED”. He is an author of 38 scientific publications, including 27 patents of Russia and A. S. USSR. Research interests are process research and development of methods of equipment for the treatment of wounds and wound infections in different branches of medicine based on the established in OOO “ RPE"METROMED" innovative bio-medical technologies of impact on biological objects.

 
 

Andrey Shalunov was born in 1980, Ph.D., docent of Methods and tools for measurement and automation of Biysk Technological Institute (branch) Altai State Technical University named after I.I. Polzunov. Area of research interests is research and development of new technologies of viscous liquids fine atomization that is based on new physical principles of multiple surface and high-frequency ultrasound influence. This work was started under Grant of President of Russia Federation. His scientific achievements was awarded the RF Government Prize in Science and Technology for young scientists, the Medal Exhibition Center, the governor of the Altai Territory gratitude for the fruitful work in science and technology, industry conferences and exhibitions diplomas.

 
 

Victor Kosenok , Head of Oncology Department of the Omsk State Medical Academy, MD, PhD. He is an author of 148 scientific publications, including 26 patents of Russia and A. S. USSR. Research interests are experimental and clinical studies and the implementation of innovative medical technologies treatment of patients with cancer of different nosology in practical oncology.

 
 

Anton Galakhov was born in 1987, he completed graduate school of specialty «Apparatus and methods for experimental physic» of Biysk Technological Institute (branch) Altai State Technical University named after I.I. Polzunov. Student Member IEEE. Area of research interests is development and modeling of ultrasonic oscillation systems for various application.

 
 

Elena Nadey , medical consultant NI and VR OOO "RPE "METROMED", Director-Chief Physician of OOO “CITVL “ELLITAR”. She is an author of 7 scientific publications, including two Russian patents. Research interest is studying of the effect of physical and physico-chemical factors on the immune status of patients with cancer and other serious diseases.

 
 

Victor Nesterov was born in 1988, he is 3rd year postgraduate student of specialty «Apparatus and methods for experimental physic» of Biysk Technological Institute (branch) Altai State Technical University named after I.I. Polzunov. Area of research interests is development and modeling of ultrasonic oscillation systems for various applications.

 
 

Roman Golykh was born in 1990, he is postgraduate student of specialty "Processes and devices of chemical technologies" of Biysk Technological Institute (branch) Altai State Technical University named after I.I. Polzunov, Student Member IEEE. Area of research interests is mathematical modeling of technological processes under the influence of ultrasonic oscillations in various mediums. Scientific results of Golykh R.N. was awarded by the Diplomas of all-russian competitions of research in the physical sciences, industry conferences diplomas.
