ABSTRACT

The article shows the results of researches on the problem of providing the reliable hermetic joint during packaging dust-forming and fluid products into thermoplastic film packages. The necessity of practical implementation the method of ultrasonic welding for joint 350 mm length and 12 mm width causes the developing the specialized equipment for packing machines. Designing the electronic generator with ultrasound welding control unit, specialized ultrasonic oscillatory system and passive clamping plate allows realize forming the double transverse joint 360 mm length during the time not more than 1 second.
