ABSTRACT

The article is devoted to a problem of ultrasonic vibration amplitude control injected into technological environments. It is shown that improvement of measurement method by visual supervision of a vibrating surface through a microscope with use of two stroboscopic light sources doesn't allow to provide continuous control. Possibility of vibrations amplitude measurement based on value of electric current in a “mechanical branch” of ultrasonic oscillatory system is shown. Results of relevant experimental researches are presented.
